Our story starts here. At Mua our Origins series captures the rich tradition of rice farming in Vietnam. Fresh brewed sake that has been carefully crafted using locally grown rice under the supervision of Heiwa Shuzo and brewmaster Shibata Hidemichi. Forging Japanese craftsmanship and Vietnamese ingredients, we look to bring craft sake to the next generation.
Our classic is a robust, umami laden sake balanced with crisp acidity and sweetness. Notes of lychee, pear and apple can be found on the nose.

Due to its unique characteristics the rice gives off an aroma of coconut, pineapple and popcorn on the nose with a dry finish, thus leading to the first ever ST25 sake being born.
