Of all the apricot varieties in Vietnam, “mơ má đào” is the type known to be the hardest to grow but also the most delicious. Grown in the fresh mountain air of Moc Chau district by ethnic minority tribes, these fruits are prized for their aromatic qualities and pink velvety rind. 

MÙA is proud to present our seasonal apricot sake, one of first 500 bottles produced. Infused over 6 months with this unique fruit, this bottle expresses the essence of Northern highlands. On the nose, aromas of toasted golden fruit upfront blend with a light sweetness of jasmine and honey. Ending with a subtle acidity and soft tannic finish on the palate.
