Rich in natural resources, clean water and fertile soil, Vietnam has everything it needs to produce rice of the highest caliber. Our process starts with a blend of rices from all over the country to give it’s unique signature flavor.
Our story starts here. At Mua our Origins series captures the rich tradition of rice farming in Vietnam. Fresh brewed sake that has been carefully crafted using locally grown rice under the supervision of Heiwa Shuzo and brewmaster Shibata Hidemichi.
Forging Japanese craftsmanship and Vietnamese ingredients, we look to bring craft sake to the next generation.
MÙA was originally founded to celebrate Vietnamese ingredients, at MÙA sake taproom we playfully explore the commonalities between Vietnamese “nhau" and Japanese izakaya culture.
